Mike & Ellen are local Full-Time RE/MAX Agents serving the Virginia Piedmont public since 2004. We serve the counties of Culpeper, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock.
We work as Buyer Agents for land and residential properties, and also help our neighbors sell their homes, farms, and land.
We have been recently trained as Certified Distressed Property Experts for those home owners who are either having problems with paying their mortgage, or facing foreclosure. In fact, the economic downturn has affected all levels of home ownership and nobody is immune from the devastating effects of foreclosure.
